We sell only to licensed buyers. Every order goes through a licence check, then a quote with batch details, then cold-chain dispatch.

These are prescription medicines and regulated medical devices. We supply registered clinics, licensed practitioners and authorised distributors, and we verify every buyer's licence before quoting. Buyers are responsible for import permits in their own country.

Who can buy from you?
Registered aesthetic and dermatology clinics, licensed doctors, nurses and dentists where local law allows them to administer these products, hospitals, and authorised distributors in United Arab Emirates, Türkiye, Malaysia. We do not sell to private individuals.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is 10 boxes per product line. Tell us your expected monthly volume and we include tiered pricing in the quote.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer (T/T) against pro-forma invoice, after your licence has been verified.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch 3–7 business days after payment. Transit time depends on the destination and is stated in the quote.
How are neurotoxins shipped?
Botox and Dysport travel refrigerated at 2–8 °C with temperature indicators. Bocouture, fillers and biostimulators ship at ambient temperature.
What documents come with an order?
Commercial invoice, packing list, and batch and expiry details for every line. Further documents for your customs broker are available on request.
Do you handle import permits?
The buyer arranges any import permit or registration required in their country. We supply the commercial and product documents your customs broker needs.
How do I know the stock is genuine?
Every unit is in the manufacturer's original packaging with its batch number and expiry date. We send batch details with the quote so you can check them with the manufacturer before paying. See the batch verification guide.
What is your returns and recall policy?
If a temperature indicator shows a cold-chain breach on arrival, report it within 24 hours with photos and we replace the affected units. If a manufacturer issues a recall, we contact every buyer of the affected batch.
